An ideology only appears powerful when it possesses methods. In fact, different methodologies shape human behavior. For example, no matter what I think about, I always like to mention objectivism because this method gives me a direction for thinking. Instead of starting from abstract concepts, I start from concrete ones. This does not mean that I oppose the abstract or the question of origins, but rather that I can only start from what is tangible and visible. As for the existence of other things, I cannot prove it. Another example is some of the methods in Buddhism, such as chanting Amitabha Buddha, meditation, and other unknown philosophical methods, which are quite interesting. There are also cooking methods, such as adding oil first, then adding green onions... A certain method determines the characteristics of a cuisine. For example, foreigners like to use ovens for baking, but I don't have this habit. Another example is that China likes to use brushes, so traditional ink paintings are predominant. This method may subtly shape the style of Chinese painting. Therefore, methodology is the bridge that connects the subjective and objective aspects, with more emphasis on the visible and objective. Sometimes, it is not our true intention that is important, but rather the part that we express objectively and visibly.
